Hot. Sticky and Humid. But Oh. So. Beautiful. Annika and Zach's wedding day was one of the warmest I have had the honor of photographing. And yet, everything from their love, relaxed demeanors, the garden venue and each and every detail they selected make this day perfection. Pinterest has nothing on this wedding. The coral and mint theme, Annika's dress, the perfect paring of elegance and rustic touches, the exchanging of heartfelt vows underneath a cloudless sky- all of it made me giddy. But all of this paled in comparison to the adoring and sentimental love that Zach and Annika share. These two are the epitome of high school sweethearts. They have grown together, changed, matured and have proven that their's is a love that will span the decades.
As the sunset and we captured a few last images on their gorgeous garden wedding day, I couldn't help but smile ear-to-ear. Annika and Zach are the kind of people you want to be around, the kind of people who think of everyone else before themselves and who shine love.
