Adorable Boys and An Amazing Autumn Session: The Leer Family!

   This sweet family. With their blond and blue-eyed boys, boisterous and adorable all at once- they are dear to me.  I have watched them grow these past 4 and a half years and loved every encounter with them!  We now have had the joy of photographing them in every season - with this last session being such a great autumn day. The trees were brilliant, and the leaves blanketed the ground so beautifully! Add in some sweaters, pumpkins and the cutest smiles you have ever seen and this is what you get! Here is a look into their session!

A Landmark Center Family Session: The Leer's!

 

The job of a photographer is to create an environment where beautiful moments can happen and then to capture them. These moments should be natural, real, and showcase the feelings of all those involved.  After Saturday's session, the love felt between these four was undeniable- and adorable in every way.  The rainy, grey day didn't impact the joy these two little boys exude and the sweet love they share with their parents.  We meandered through the Landmark Center in St. Paul before venturing out to Rice Park.  I loved watching (and documenting) the relationship between these two brothers.  With two little boys of my own, I felt right at home. 

Over the past few years, I have had the privilege of photographing this family add two more to their lives- during these five sessions including maternity, newborn, and one year old shoots, I can honestly say they are dear to me- and incredibly fun to photograph!  Check out the last session HERE.  And now, a look into our time together- complete with smiles, giggles, baby kisses and a bow tie!

This family is near and dear to my heart. I have had the honor of photographing them for the last two years as they've welcomed a son, celebrated his first birthday, looked forward to the birth of another son and then this past week, I was able to meet this 2nd little bundle of joy!  Hudson is adorable from head to toe and such a good little baby boy!  Brooks is the epitome of a true boy- busy, fun and even a little ham when placed in front of the camera!

I've said it before and I will say it again, I LOVE this part of my job. I love watching families grow and children go from newborns, to toddlers and on!  The Leer's are one of the cutest families ever!

I love what I do. I say this all the time but it is so true.  The Leer family is one of my favorite families to photograph.  They are relaxed, beautiful and fun- what's not to love!?  

For the past year and half, I have had the honor of photographing this wonderful family three times.  I captured Brooks' newborn portraits and then this summer we had a blast photographing his one year pictures.  Last week, I was given the chance to photograph them as they are about to welcome their second child into the world.  

The snow, woods and flurries made for a serene background.  Little Brooks' made sure to keep all of us on our toes and had us laughing the while time.  The following are a few of my favorites from our time together:
