Anderson Family Session!

  I have known this family for nearly seven years. In that time, I have had the honor of many meals at their home, traveling to Italy for a missions trip with them and taking a few of their older children's senior portraits.  I've watched them grow from a family of six to a family of eleven, through marriage, adoption and a grandchild.  It has been beautiful to witness.  Their session was a muggy 90 degree afternoon, but with a lot of laughter, we were able to capture their family in all their glory. Sweet Sisters and A Special Farewell Family Session

Oh my goodness. This family. I had the joy of meeting them and photographing them this past perfect weekend. I love their story. Jana (the oldest, beautiful girl in the above picture), is an exchange student from Germany. She has lived with this sweet family since August and the bonds formed are forever.  Although she is set to head home in just a few weeks, there was no doubt in the hour I spent with them that their relationships will last for years to come. She is now their third daughter and a beloved big sister.  I was honored to document these relationships through photography. Here is a look into the session:

Adorable Aurora's 1st Birthday Party!

Last weekend, I had the honor of photographing Aurora's 1st birthday party. She is such a beautiful, sweet and spunky little girl and over the past year, I have loved getting the chance to photograph her as she grew from an infant to a baby to a sweet little girl!  Here is a look into her birthday party:

Sweet Baby Smiles & Sisterly Love: Ella's Portraits

I love the chance to photograph a baby. Add in an adorable smile, the sweetest little clothes, ribbons and tutu's, and it's enough to make me melt!  Ella's bright eyes and easy-going demeanor made this session a breeze.  Big sister Ava's adoration of her new baby sister made this perfect.  Here is a peek into our session last weekend! As a mom to two little boys, there is no doubt that beautiful Ella made my heart swell with hopes of a daughter someday!
