Class of 2017: Zach

          This session was exceptional. We photographed on the edge of a storm for over an hour, feeling drops here and there and soaking up the incredibly dramatic clouds. This created the most amazing backdrop for his football portion of his session.  And Zach, being an easy-going, laid-back and relaxed senior who has a love for all things sports, eased into his session so well.  As we wrapped up the last few outfits, the sun returned in all its brilliance and the heat dissipated- only his smiles remained.  Here is a look into our session: 

Class of 2016: Dillan

      On a windy, but beautiful October morning, I had the pleasure of meeting Dillan and his mom at one of my favorite local spots for pictures.  An avid hunter and smart guy with a passion for science and math, Dillan was easy to photograph. I loved that he included his beloved dog, Hazel in the session and enjoyed photographing him amid the vibrant yellow autumn leaves and documenting his senior year.  Here is a little look into our session time:

Class of 2016: Samantha

      Fall in Minnesota is the best- and yet it is short. I am thankful that this year, I have about 15 sessions booked in that short 2-3 week window that is perfection in this state.  Samantha's session happened to be one of these and her evening session brought the perfect light, temps and colors with it.  It was so fun to get to know her and her mom during her session- and we certainly laughed our way through- which really is the best way to do it!  Here are a few images of this smart, fun senior: 

Class of 2016: Daniel

Just back from Basic Training, Daniel wore a short hair cut and american flag shirt with pride- showcasing the values and ideals that he spent a summer learning, understanding and training for.  It was so fun to get to know him during his grad session and learn about his journey to the military.  Here is glimpse into our session on one of the last very warm, idyllic summer nights of 2015. 

Class of 2016: Taylor

        Every once in a while, all the elements come together perfectly to create the most beautiful season. Such was the case for Taylor.  While it was humid and hot on this early September day, everything from her clothing, accessories, joyful smile and amazing locations formed the best results from her session.  When we stumbled upon the vintage blue pickup- I was head over heals. The ivy-covered white barn and rustic red and grey doors were too wonderful for words.  So together, with her mom and older sister, we meandered through these areas, fields and her own home steps included, to document such a significant time in Taylor's life. Just days before beginning her senior year, she lit up my camera with her fun personality.  Here is a small look into her session:
