Blue Elegance and Sweet Love: Jackie & Tim's Wedding

    Sometimes, life surprises you.  It gives you a second chance to love, and experience joy and happiness with another.  It blesses you with the most perfect weather on your wedding day and it enables you to feel such love that it is evident on your faces and through your words.  Such was the case for Jackie and Tim.  Life surprised them in the most beautiful of ways.  Their wedding day was sunny and so perfect. Their elegant blue details, adorable flower girls and stunning venue created the best memories for this couple as they said yes to forever together.  As I prepared this blog, I couldn’t help but notice Jackie’s sheer joy.  It is evident in the way she looks at Tim, or the way she laughs with him, and the adoration he loves Jackie with his nothing short of amazing. 

     As they venture out in this world as husband and wife, I am so glad that life brought each of them a great surprise- love.

A Gorgeous Garden Wedding: Annika & Zach

    Hot. Sticky and Humid. But Oh. So. Beautiful. Annika and Zach's wedding day was one of the warmest I have had the honor of photographing. And yet, everything from their love, relaxed demeanors, the garden venue and each and every detail they selected make this day perfection.  Pinterest has nothing on this wedding.  The coral and mint theme, Annika's dress, the perfect paring of elegance and rustic touches, the exchanging of heartfelt vows underneath a cloudless sky- all of it made me giddy.  But all of this paled in comparison to the adoring and sentimental love that Zach and Annika share.  These two are the epitome of high school sweethearts.  They have grown together, changed, matured and have proven that their's is a love that will span the decades.  

   As the sunset and we captured a few last images on their gorgeous garden wedding day, I couldn't help but smile ear-to-ear.  Annika and Zach are the kind of people you want to be around, the kind of people who think of everyone else before themselves and who shine love.  On this day, they were shining brighter than the hottest sun.  Here is a peek into their day:
