A Classy Crown Room Wedding: Lindsay & Michael

You plan your wedding down to the smallest detail.  The color scheme, the flowers, the invites- all of it is put together with careful attention to the most specific aspects.  And yet, sometimes the most beautiful parts are those unplanned moments.  Such was the case for Lindsay & Michael's wedding.

June 15th was incredible.  The bold plum color, the gorgeous flowers, the adorable couple- all of it came together perfectly.  And then there was the rain.  It rained, then stopped, rained again, then the sun peeked just for a moment before nestling back into the clouds. Then, it thundered, and poured- a torrential downpour that you wouldn't want to drive in, much less walk in your wedding dress... and yet, Lindsay and Michael kept their cool, smiled all the way through and we just worked with the weather.

It rained throughout their ceremony, and then something amazing happened.  Just as they were announced husband and wife and walked back down the aisle as one, the sun came out in all its glory!  As if that wasn't enough, the song they had selected months prior came on- and it was none other than "Here Comes the Sun"....

These high school sweethearts have been together for a long time- they know each other through and through and have a deep love and respect for one another.  I was honored to be a part of their day and capture all the planned and unplanned moments as they happened.  Here is a peek into their magnificent day:

The wedding was fantastic and the photo's are truly works of art and will be a treasured keepsake for both Lindsay and Michael. Lindsay is a stickler for detail and she picked a fantastic partner to help preserve the memories and give them such a creative touch. Great job.
