We prayed for beautiful weather, no rain and a lovely day at
Mississippi Dunes Golf Course in Cottage Grove. Together, Kathy and I talked just days before of our hope
for a beautiful day to go with this beautiful couple. Our prayers were answered! Aside from a lot of wind, the day was just gorgeous in every
way. I knew Kathy was a planner
and had impeccable taste. Her and
Nate’s wedding so reflected this truth.
With consistent and beautifully understated décor, their day flowed together
seamlessly. I adored the classic white candles,
rustic pebbles and super cute mason jars wrapped in burlap. Their appreciate for their love presently as well as celebrating their relatives love for one another was a theme that was hard to miss and easy to enjoy. Nothing was overlooked, and all of it only
seemed to showcase Kathy and Nate’s love for one another all the more. Sweet, thoughtful and loving were just
a few of the words that came to mind as I hid behind my lens and captured their
day. There is no doubt that

th, 2012 marked the beginning of an incredible life
together for these two… here are a few highlights:
Kathy brought in small touches that added even more emotion to the day. This butterfly charm was her grandmother's.

This wedding party was one of the most fun I have ever photographed! They were hilarious and unpredictable while always respectful and kind!
