A Pretty Peacock Themed Wedding: Kelly & Remington!

     Spring weddings are breathtakingly beautiful. From the blooming flowers to the warmer weather- it represents such a lovely time of new life.  What a perfect setting for Kelly and Remington to usher in their new life together as husband and wife.  The wind was strong, just like their love and devotion to one another, and Pioneer Village in Hastings provided such an absolutely perfect location for us to capture this love, this joy and this fun.  

      Both Kelly and Rem were so relaxed and at-ease throughout their day.  They knew what a significant day it was and focused on the beauty and excitement of it so well.  I was continually impressed with Kelly's grace and sweetness- she is one of the most kind souls I have encountered.  I loved how Rem brought laughter and light-heartedness to each and every moment.  Together, they light up the room.  Highlights from this day included the elegant and bold peacock theme, one of the most fabulous wedding dresses I have laid my eyes on and so many smiles the happiness was nothing short of spectacular.  Here is a peek into their pretty peacock themed wedding at Pioneer Village:

New Life Changes and Natalie: Blaine Newborn Session

   If ever there was a perfect baby, it would be Natalie.  Her thick beautiful hair, her pink baby lips, her sweetness and her amazing, easy-going demeanor make me fall in love in an instant.  Add in the adorable pearls, headbands and other girly details and just forget it!  She was an angel throughout the entire session and slept nearly the whole time.  As I left their joy-filled home Saturday afternoon, I thought of how I shouldn't be surprised by this couple having such a good-natured, sweet and beautiful baby girl- they both are so wonderful!  Their wedding a few years ago was one of my favorites- meaningful, sentimental, and relaxed!  Once again, I smile as I think of how blessed I am to photograph couples as they go from two to three- and this couple made this transition so well!  Here is a peek into our session- congratulations again Nicole & Aaron; she is beautiful!!!

Back to Where it Began: Maple Grove Spring Family Session

I love it when life has a way of coming full circle.  This truth was exemplified during this session- when I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful family of four in the same location I photographed Megan and Nick years ago for their engagement session.  One wedding, two beautiful  babies and many wonderful sessions later, here we are.  I loved getting to know their sweet kids more- from Easton's hilarious and energetic personality to Avery's sweet and sassy ways, both are adorable!  Here is a glimpse into our time together:
