I had the joy of meeting this fun family a couple years ago for Logan's Grad portraits. When they called to set up a winter session, I was thrilled. When it happened to be -20 on that day, we were all less than thrilled and decided to move the session forward. Who could guess that we would have a gorgeous, near-seventy degree day in early March!? It was so fun getting to know them all and trekking through the woods with them this past weekend. When we arrived, they shared with me that although they live far away now, they used to live close and this forest and these trails were favorite hiking spots for them over a decade ago! I love that this spot has some sweet sentimental value- and how it just happened to work out that way! Here is peek into their session:
