Serene.
Beautiful. Natural. Katie and Cody’s wedding was this and
much more. It was one of the most
gorgeous settings I have ever seen a wedding take place. The breeze was soft and the sky a
vibrant blue. The luxurious
gardens that surround the Berwood Hill Inn in Lanesboro, Minnesota were
stunning and created the ideal backdrop for an elegant country wedding. The reception venue on the grounds was beautifully
rustic and added to the atmosphere of the day in every way. And yet, Katie and Cody’s sweet love for
one another made the gardens that much more romantic, the summer colors that
much more bold and the rustic charm that much more charming.
Katie was an incredibly calm bride. Prepared after months of planning, she
knew everything was in its place and this was the day she would become the wife
to the man of her dreams. Cody was
quiet, but beneath the exterior was a man clearly in love and excited for this
day. They lit up when together,
they couldn’t help but hold hands with every chance they got and they seemed to
float effortlessly through their day.
