Newborn sessions are such an honor to do- and even more significant when I have photographed the engagement and wedding pictures prior. There is a relationship built, and the joy of watching them go from two to three is so amazing. Kathleen and Nate are some of the nicest people you'll meet and it was so fun to see them again, and meet their precious little bundle, Ethan. He was truly the most perfect baby during the entire session. He slept and snuggled into whatever position we placed him in and did so all while showing off how adorable he is in every way.
Perhaps the most significant moment during our session was when Kathleen brought out her late dad's Dr. Seuss books. She wanted to incorporate them as a remembrance of her dad and his life. It was such a beautiful thing and I was so grateful to be able to capture it. One thing is for sure, Ethan is a gem of a boy and is blessed to have incredible parents!
