Tegan and Evan are unlike any other couple I have photographed in all my years. When I arrived to their gorgeous field and barn setting for their day, the gusts of wind, the millions of details being put into motion and completed, the asian beetles and so much more paled in comparison to their at-ease and go-with-the-flow personalities. It is how they do life together so wonderfully and it is why you will see such joy pouring out of their images.
Blue skies, brilliant golden trees, sunflowers, cowboy boots and their adorable little girls were a few of my favorite things from their October 10th day. Their incredibly sweet first look, laughter-filled moments of love and coral and mint colors just kept me falling in love with the way they love and the day they planned. Below is a little look into their many images- a peek into an unforgettable autumn wedding in Maple Lake, Minnesota. What started as one of the most wind-blown weddings of my career, ended with the perfect pink and blue, cotton-candy-like skies, calm breezes and sweet dances as the stars started to show. May their life and love be like that sunset.
